This is a list of all the avaliable weapons in HAWX.

Weapon OverviewsEdit

Cannon Edit

The Cannon is a short range weapon with unlimited ammo. The cannon is used mostly when your at extreme close range or when a plane is out of missiles. The A-10A Thunderbolt II is the only aircraft that has a super cannon. Some aircraft also feature dual-cannons. Planes that have the dual cannon perk are: Mirage III, Mirage F1, Mirage 5, Mirage 2000-5, Mirage 2000 C, Jaguar, F-5E Tiger II, F-5A Freedom Fighter and the F-20 Tigershark.*

Rocket Pod Unit Edit

The rocket pod unit is similar to the cannon but has a much higher damage rating and has limited ammo. The rocket pod can fire bursts of rockets at both ground and air targets. The rocket pod is much like the cannon but has slightly greater range and much higher damage. It is around 60% damage to ALL targets in the campaign.

Joint Strike Missile Edit

The Joint Strike is the basic missile that is equipped in every weapon pack. The joint strike is a middle range to along range missile that has high G maneuverability. This basic missile can lock on both air and ground. The joint strike missile margin of error is 20 cm on 150km. The range is 280 km+. It is the only 5-generation cruise missile today.

Radar Guided Missile Edit

Radar guided missiles are long range, high damage missiles (Usually insta-kill). Radar guided missiles are highly maneuverable, and as long as the target circle is around your target, the missile should hit. Online, the missile can be dodged with flares, but it is harder than dodging most other missles, as it closes faster, giving you less time to hit the flares.

All Aspect Missile Edit

All aspect missiles are the most maneuverable and non-missable missiles in the game. However, all aspect missiles have the lowest range and inflict the lowest amount of damage. They can only attack air targets. Offline, they do 50% damage. Online, however, they vary, but they are normally around 12.5%

Multi AA Missile Edit

Multi AA missiles are middle range, high damage missiles. The Multi AA missiles have the ability to lock onto four individual air targets simultaneously. Both online and offline, these missles are almost always insta-kill, or at least 75% damage if the enemy has decent armour.

Multi AG Missile Edit

Multi AG missiles are middle range, high damage missiles. The Multi AG missiles have the ability to lock onto four individual ground targets simultaneously. Insta-Kill weaponry, if you launch 4 missles, and switch targets, the missles will not lock onto a target that already has a multi-AG chasing it. This also applies for Multi-AA's

Free-Fall Bomb Edit

Free fall bombs are used to take out multiple groups of ground targets. The aiming reticule is a circle. Insta-kill on all ground targets. No Insta-kill on naval targets.

Cluster bomb Edit

Cluster bombs are used to take out lines of multiple ground targets. The aiming reticule is a box and the bombs are very powerful when enemies are lined up. These are insta-kill aganst all ground and sea targets caught in the explosion, making them much more desirable than free-fall bombs.

Target override pod Edit

This is used online to deflect missles from an ally to yourself, only planes with the electronic warfare perk have access to this, being; A-12 Avenger II, EA-6B Prowler, EF-111A RAVEN, F-22 Raptor, F-4G Advanced Wild Weasel, FA-18 RC, FA-18E Superhornet, Saab Gripen, and YF-12A.

The weapons are in preset weapons packs. Every pack includes joint strikes and flares but are listed in the packs below for your convenience. The packs are divided into categories for easy finding. Some weapon packs are missing, please fill in the missing ones.
